WARRANTY DEED 200206019 <br />Grand West LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of "ten Dollars (510.00) an other good and valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEE, conveys to GRANTEE, James Anderson, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
