<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by ALONSO R.
<br />JACOBO A/K/A ALONSO JACOBO AND ADRIANA JACOBO A/K/A ADRIANNA
<br />JULISSA JACOBO, HUSBAND AND WIFE to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 8, 2001 and
<br />recorded May 28, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200105005 and Re- recorded May 29, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 200109326 and Deed of Trust dated October 31, 2001 and filed November 14,
<br />2001 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200111606, and has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot One (1) and the Easterly Twelve (12) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty Eight
<br />(28), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the city of Grand Island, IIall County, Nebraska.
