<br />entitled to a shim for deficiency, before or after Lender's commencement or completion of any foreclosure action, either judicially or by

<br />PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE. Except as otherwise provided In his Dead of Trust, Borrower shall pay to Lender all Indebtedness
