<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WI IEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />HENRICK KURT FROHLING AND CONSTANCE M FROHLING, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 25. 1999 and recorded JULY I. 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HAIL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT
<br />999- 106)[603 been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said 'Crust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />ALL OF LOT NINE (9) EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY SEVENTY (70) FEET THEREOF, IN
<br />BLOCK TIiREE (3), DICKEY SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
