<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by STAROSTKA, INC., as Trustor, to
<br />EARL D. P LSCHW ED E, as Trustee, for the benefit of C. CLIFTON NELSEN and DIANE NELSEN,
<br />husband and wife, and C *1 FTOiJ NELSEN, TRUSTEE FOR THE JUDITH LYIANE NELSEN TRUST,
<br />FOR THE KAREN ELLEN NELSEN TRUST, and FOR THE ANDREW CLIFTON NELSEN TRUST, and
<br />A. C. NELSON ENTERPRISES, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated April 20, 2001 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 0200103573,
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision of part of Block 1, Nelsen
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom
<br />tracts of land more particularly described in Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 79- 000413 and Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 79- 005141; the
<br />conveyed tract Is particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of
<br />said Lot 10; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of
<br />503.93 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence north along the west line of
<br />said Lot 10, a distance of 461.1 feel; thence easterly, a distance of 403.7 feet to the
<br />northeasterly line of said Lot 10; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said
<br />Lot 10, a distance: of 205.8 feet to the place of beginning said tract containing 141,260.69
