Trustor agrees to sign, deliver, and file and <br />additional documents or certifications that Beneficiary may consider necessary to perfect, continue, and preserve Grantor s <br />obligations under this Security Instrument and Beneficiary's lien stams on the Property. <br />22. NOTICE.
