<br />Section Twenty Four (24) on an assumed bearing of Due North, a distance
<br />of 1,101.61 Feet; thence South 69 "11'06" West, a distance of 149.92 feet;

<br />34 "36'23" West a distance of 220.52 feet; thence South 67'04'55" West a
<br />distance of 111.6 feet; thence South 76 "40'51" West, a distance of 86.53

<br />feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />I. are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
