N N <br />m <br />Z <br />n <br />1 m 3 <br />200205805 <br />This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds ` <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />1. The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, by <br />action of its City Council on April 23, 2002, enacted Ordinance No. 8733, which directed the <br />conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 8733 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to <br />law on Apri 1 29, 2002, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the Grand <br />Island Independent for three successive weeks on April 30, May 7, and May 14, 2002, all as <br />required by §16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. <br />8733. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 8733 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against <br />such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute mid deliver to the Grantee, a <br />Quit Claim Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without <br />further action on behall'of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal <br />corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar (51.00) <br />received front Grantees, does hereby grant, list gain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />PETER L. PITIZ and ELLEN E PITTZ, <br />Husband and wife, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in IIall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />
