UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />MIDLAND AG SERVICES, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
