<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GRAND WEST, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Eleven Thousand Nine
<br />Hundred Ninety Dollars ($11,990.00) plus reimbursement of all special assessments paid by the Seller
<br />on the property for Street Improvement District No. 1232 and upon terms and conditions set out in
<br />the Agreement for Warranty Deed, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract of land
<br />comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SEl /4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`s P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of said
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE' /4); thence running easterly, along and upon the south line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter (SE' /4), a distance of Forty and One Hundredth (40.01) feet,
<br />thence deflecting left 91'02'00" and running northerly, parallel with the west line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter (SEY4), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred One and
<br />Forty Five Hundredths (1,101.45) feet to a point which is One Thousand Forty
