<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot Two (2) Livengood Subdivision; thence
<br />easterly along the southerly line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of seventy five and
<br />eighty five hundredths (75.85) tcet to a corner of said Lot Two (2); thence continuing
<br />easterly along the prolongation of the previously described southerly line of said Lot
<br />'Two (2), a distance of twenty four and fifteen hundredths (24.15) feet to a point on
<br />a curve; thence northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is
<br />sixty (60.0) feet, a distance of forty six and nine hundredths (46.09) feet (long cord
