<br />N U E'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ERIC J HANSEN, A
<br />SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated JULY 31. 1995 and recorded AUGUST 8, 1995 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 95-105318 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary-has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Tnustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) IN BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN PARKHILL SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
