TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2 0 0 2 0 5 6 5 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />JOHN G MUELLER JR AND M JEANNEE MUELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated APRIL 11, 2000 and recorded APRIL 12, 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #0200002902 <br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK ONE (1), CONTINENTAL GARDENS, AN ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 23rd day of May 2002 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />rushee: Arend R.
