<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by WILLIAM J
<br />GORDON AND MARTHA L GORDON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 8, 2002 and recorded
<br />JANUARY 17, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200200664 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following descri bed premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(El /2NW1 /4NE1 /4) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH,
