Stan. § 76 -1008 (Reissue 1996). <br />(5) GRANTOR published the Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on April 11, 2002 at 10:00 <br />A.M., at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West Ist Street, Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, which notice was published in The Grand Island Independent of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on February 26, 2002, and ending <br />March 26, 2002. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation, in the sum of Sixty -One Thousand Thirty-Three Dollars and Eighty -Six Cents <br />($61,033.86) as the highest bid upon said real property. GRANTOR has complied with the requirements <br />of Neb. Rev. Slat. §§ 76 -1001 through 76 -1018 (Reissue 1996), in the exercise of the sale of the real <br />properly described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on April 11, 2002. <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title, <br />interest and claim of the roasters, and their successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through <br />or under them, in and to the above - described real property, including all such right, title, interest and <br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or covenants of record which GRANTOR is <br />not entitled to convey pursuant to Neb. Rev.
