<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Marvin C Mendyk and .lerl L 
<br />Mendyk, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA 
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated October 23, 1996 and July 18, 1997 and recorded October 28, 1996 and July 
<br />21, 1997 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents # 96- 108447 and # 97- 105790 in the 
<br />Trust Deed Accords of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be 
<br />executed and delivered. 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named 
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled 
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deeds of rust in the following described properly:
