200205578 <br />SUBORDINA'T'ION AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on 03/26/2002 <br />Verna Rae Clampitt executed a mortgage in favor of Aida Community Development <br />Block Grant, encumbering the following described real property: <br />All that parcel of land in Hall County, state of Nebraska, as more fully described In <br />instrument NO. 88-106283, and being more particularly described as follows lots <br />one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine and ten in block two of Brown's <br />addition to Alda. <br />Which secured an original indebtedness Ia the c:: oust of $Zo,000.00 and set forth <br />in Instrument No_ 0099111176 and was recorded on 11/22/99 , Hall County <br />Records.: <br />WHEREAS, thereafter on `i'—a -S , Borrowers executed or will <br />(DATE) *recorded <br />execute a certain mortgage in favor of Traveler's Bank and Trust, fsb.
