<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hal, County, Nebraska as Instrument No. �.
<br />0200204386. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Erma F. Hongsermeier and
<br />Wayne A. Hongsermeier, as wife and husband, as Trustors, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as O
<br />Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record
<br />December 9, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 112097.
<br />On or about December 9, 1998, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was
