<br />0200203298. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin J. Schulte, an \3\
<br />unmarried individual, as Trustor, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as Beneficiary and C�
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record June 30, 1997 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
