Maintenance Access Easement for the Lyman Tract. Wilson hereby grants, <br />bargains, sells and conveys to Lyman, for the benefit of the Lyman Tract, a perpetual, <br />nonexclusive easement, privilege and right of access, ingress and egress over and across a strip of <br />land bound by the following description and more particularly depicted on Exhibit A: beginning <br />at the southwesterly corner of the Wilson Tract and heading in a northerly direction along the <br />property line of the Lyman Tract and the Wilson Tract for approximately ninety feet (90'), thence <br />heading in an easterly direction perpendicular to said property line approximately twenty feet <br />(20'), thence heading in a southerly direction parallel to the property line between the Lyman <br />Tract and the Wilson Tract for approximately ninety feet (90') to the southerly property line of <br />the Wilson Tract, thence heading in a westerly direction along the southerly property line of the <br />C: \NrPortbl \AO \CHHOOFF \633945 B.DOC <br />COI- Ib3� <br />W <br />i <br />�b <br />
