Hauber, Esq. <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />WILSON CONCRETE COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws <br />of the State of Iowa ( "Grantor "), for one dollar and other good consideration received from <br />LYMAN - RICHEY CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of Delaware ( "Grantee "), hereby conveys to Grantee, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
