'I he Assignment was <br />recorded December 15, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebi asks. as Instrument <br />No. 99-111814. <br />On or about May 3, 1999, ContiMortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Manufacturers and graders Trust Company as Indenture, Trustee. <br />The Assignment was recorded May 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Instrument No. 2001- 03902, <br />Camille R.
