<br />You are beieby notified that Roger Thornton and Heather Thornton, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about May 26, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Catherine G. F,ynard, Trustee, a
<br />Dad of Trust wherein said 'Irustors conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block One (1) Elm Place, and its
<br />complement fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block Eight (8) in
<br />Spaulding and Greggs' Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from North American Mortgage Company,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of "Trust which was recorded on May 27, 1999, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Nu. 99- 105427.
<br />On or about June 2, 1999, North American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to ContiMurtgage Corporation. 'I he Assignment was
<br />recorded December 15, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebi asks. as Instrument
<br />No. 99-111814.
<br />On or about May 3, 1999, ContiMortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Manufacturers and graders Trust Company as Indenture, Trustee.
<br />The Assignment was recorded May 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 2001- 03902,
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution
<br />of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the 'I'rustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
