<br />finally renounce, reject and disclaim as of February 2, 2002, any and all interest which 1 may
<br />then have had or may now have in and to the Estate of Waller W. Evers, deceased.
<br />1, do hereby release and forcvcr discharge the said property and every part thcio,f from
<br />any claim or interest which may heretofore have accrued or might at guy time hereafter accrue
<br />to me by reason of the laws of succession the State of Nebraska, or by joint tenancy, and I
<br />further agree that I will not at any line hereafter assert any claim or interest of any kind, nature
<br />or description in or to said property or any portion thereof to the aforementioned property,.
<br />The undersigned does hereby make renunciation and disclaimer under the provisions of
<br />the Nebraska Probate Code §30 -2352 and under the provisions of the Internal Revenuc Code
<br />§§2518 and 2045.
<br />The undersigned has accepted no interest in said disclaimed property or any benefits
<br />therefrom, has made no transfer thereof, has accepted no delivery of such property, has exerted
<br />no dominion of any kind over such property and Such property has neither been sold nor disposed
<br />of otherwise pursuant to judicial process heretofore.
