THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on May 21, 2002 <br />The Tmstoris Jacob W Sikes and Carrie B Sikes, Husband and Wife <br />('Borrower "). The trustee is Ticor Title Insurance Company, <br />( "Trustee'). The beneficiary is Major Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of Wyomi ng , and <br />whose address is 1920 Thomes Ave., Ste 200, Cheyenne, WY 82001 <br />('Lender "), Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of <br />Eighty Three Thousand Three Hundred and no /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 83,300.00 ). <br />This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ('Note "), which <br />provides for monthly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on June 1, 2032 <br />.
