<br />also being the point of beginning; thence on an assumed

<br />North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) a distance

<br />line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter

<br />973.50 feet to a point being the Northwest corner of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4) ;
<br />thence North 88 048103" East along the North line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEl /4 SE1 /4)
<br />a distance of 1,320.75 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />said tract containing 18.73 acres more or less of which
<br />0.70 acres is existing county road right -of -way,
<br />said tract being conveyed herein containing approximately
<br />21.27 acres,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Richard Dale Goettsch, Deceased.
