<br />the Estate of RICHARD DALE GOETTSCH, Deceased, in consideration of
<br />TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received
<br />from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />RONALD J. VLACH and LINDA K. VLACH, husband and wife, as tenants in
<br />common, each an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, Grantees, the
<br />following described real property:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1 /4
<br />NE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Six (36), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, containing 39.96 acres,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Richard Dale Goettsch, Deceased.
