<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less a tract of
<br />land described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Six (36), said point
<br />also being the point of beginning; thence on an assumed
<br />bearing of North 88 053'53" East along the North line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) a distance of 1320.60 feet
<br />to a point being the Northeast corner of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4 SW1 /4) of said
<br />Section Thirty -Six (36) ; thence South 01 034127" East
<br />along the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the

<br />feet; thence South 88 053153" West on a line parallel to
<br />the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest

<br />South 00 020'44" West a distance of 234.51 feet; thence
<br />South 88 053'53" West on a line parallel to the North line

<br />SW1 /4) a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the West
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter

<br />895.43 feet to the point of beginning, said tract
<br />contains 21.42 acres more or less of which 0.70 acres is
<br />existing county road right -of -way,
<br />said tract being conveyed herein containing approximately
<br />58.58 acres more or less,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described is
<br />free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against Estate of Richard Dale Goettsch, Deceased.
