SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE and DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, JAVIER MARQUEZ, MARIA MARQUEZ, H & W, JTWROS was /were die original Trustor(s),
<br />MICHAEL KIVETT was the original Trustee, and was the original Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated April
<br />27, 1999 and recorded on April 29, 1999, as Instrument Number 99- 104461, of Official Records of HALL County, State of

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and
