<br />WHEREAS, Trustee has agreed to a reconveyance of the collateral secured by the 
<br />Deed of Trust made among Joseph W. Preuser and Therese M. Preusser, Husband and Wife, S- 
<br />Trustor and UNITED NEBRASKA BANK FKA: Lexington State Bank & Trust Co., as Trustee and a 
<br />Beneficiary, dated March 21, 2994, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall o 
<br />County, Nebraska, Doc. No. 94- 102304, of the Mortgage Records has been paid, and 
<br />WHEREAS, the beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property 
<br />held by UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without 
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto. 
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration and in accordance with the 
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, 
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as
