<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That CITY OF GRAND ISLAND a Municipal Corporation Grantor
<br />of the County of Hall . the State of Nebraska for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, remise, convey and relinquish unto Northwestern Public Service, a
<br />Division of Northwestern Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, Grantee, of Huron, South Dakota, its successors
<br />or assigns, a gas utility easement, for the installation, maintenance and operation of natural gas pipelines and related
<br />equipment along with all appurtenances thereto over, under, upon and through the following described lands situated
<br />in the County of Hall , the State of Nebraska , to wit:
<br />AREA "A" The West Ten feet (10') of the East Seventy feet (70') of the West One half (W112) of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE114) of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of Section Thirty-four (S34),
<br />Township Twelve North (T.12 N.), Range Nine West (11.9 W.) of the Sixth (6th) Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. Containing 0.30 acres more or less
<br />AREA "B" A Ten foot (10') Wide strip of land over and across a portion of the North One half (N112)
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of Section Thirty-four (S34), Township Twelve North
<br />(T.12 N.), Range Nine West (R.9 W.) of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, with a centerline described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the West One half (W112) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE714) of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of said Section Thirty-four (S34), thence South
<br />along the East line of West One half (W112) of Northeast Quarter (NE114) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1 14) of said Section Thirty-four (S34) a distance of Eight Hundred Sixteen and
<br />Seven tenths feet (816.7'), thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 35 seconds West a
<br />distance of Sixty feet (60') to the Point of Beginning located on the West right -of -way line
<br />of a dedicated road right -of -way, thence continuing North 89 degrees 34 minutes 35
<br />seconds West a distance of Six Hundred Seven and Five tenths feet (6073), thence North
<br />00 degrees 17 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of Three Hundred Thirty -four and Nine
<br />tenths feet (334.9'), thence North 05 degrees 05 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of
<br />Ninety -five feet (95') to the Point of Termination, containing 0.24 acres more or less.
<br />(The purpose for the above described easement is for a natural gas pipeline and related equipment along
<br />with all appurtenances thereto).
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said NORTHWESTERN PUBLIC SERVICE, its successors and assigns, so
<br />long as such natural gas pipelines and related equipment along with all appurtenances thereto shall be maintained
