<br />together with unrestricted ingress and egress through and across the above - described tract of
<br />land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted. The Grantee covenants that it shall
<br />pack the topsoil in the trenches where the underground utilities are placed and shall restore the
<br />surface of the ground as near as possible to its present condition.
<br />This easement shall be perpetual and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon
<br />the parties hereto and the successors and assigns of the Grantor.
