<br />construct, operate, maintain, repair, remove and replace public utilities including but not limited
<br />to sanitary sewer mains, water mains, gas mains, electric transmission lines, communication
<br />lines and necessary appurtenances and improvements associated with any of the above upon,
<br />above, across, underneath and through the following described real estate:
<br />The East Sixteen (16) feet of Lot One (1), Turner Grain Co. Ltd. Subdivision
<br />to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with unrestricted ingress and egress through and across the above - described tract of
<br />land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted. The Grantee covenants that it shall
<br />pack the topsoil in the trenches where the underground utilities are placed and shall restore the
<br />surface of the ground as near as possible to its present condition.
<br />This easement shall be perpetual and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon
<br />the parties hereto and the successors and assigns of the Grantor.
