Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on January 2, 1996 as Document No. 96- 100030 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to First Mortgage Corp. on December 21, 1995 and recorded on January 2, 1996 as Document No. 96- 100031 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Deposit Guaranty Mortgage Co. on February 5, 1996 and recorded on February 22, 1996 as Document No. 96- 101252; further assigned to First American National Bank on March 18, 1999 and recorded on May 10, 1999 as Document No. 99- 104805; finally assigned to Fleet Mortgage Corp. on December 2, 1999 and recorded on February 9, 2001 as Document No. 200100983. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
