<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />MEN B THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by FRANK J
<br />MARTINEZ AND DONITA E MARTINEZ HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 23.2001
<br />and recorded _APRIL 30, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200103730 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1) BLOCK TWENTY -FOUR (24) PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THE
<br />NORTHERLY ONE HALF OF BLAKE STREET LYING ADJACENT TO LOT ONE (1)
<br />BLOCK TWENTY -FOUR (24) IN PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
