<br />Concord Development, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company herein called the grantee whether one

<br />Lot 3, Block 2, Crane Valley Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This is a reconveyance of all right, Ube and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate
<br />and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 14th day of June, 1999, and recorded as
<br />Instrument Number 99- 106058 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
