The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, by <br />action of its City Council on February 26, 2002, enacted Ordinance No. 8722, which directed the <br />conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 8722 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to <br />law on March 4, 2002, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the Grand <br />Island Independent for three successive weeks on March 5, March 12, and March 19, 2002, all as <br />required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 16 -202, as amended. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. <br />8722. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 8722 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against <br />such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantee, a <br />Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further <br />action on behalf of the City Council. <br />5. The consideration of said transaction shall be One Dollar (SI.00) and shall be <br />conditioned upon the terms and conditions of a Contract Agreement, including the construction <br />of a 3- bedroom house with an unfinished basement and a single car attached garage. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal <br />corporation, as Grantor, for consideration identified above received from Grantee, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />STAR HOMES, <br />herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />rM <br />o coo <br />N � <br />O Q' <br />O <br />N <br />O co <br />cn3 <br />Nco <br />On,% <br />O <br />
