<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 5, 1998 executed by Grims Home Repair, Inc., in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 109813, on the 7th day of October, 1998, and
<br />Cam:
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTHERLY FIFTY -FOUR (54) FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT SIX (6) IN
<br />FRACTIONAL BLOCK NINETEEN (19) IN H.G. CLARK'S ADDITION AND ITS
<br />COMPLEMENT THE NORTHERLY FIFTY -FOUR (54) FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT
<br />FIVE (5), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SIX (6) IN ROLLIN'S ADDITION, BOTH BEING
<br />ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
