COMES NOW, the undersigned, Minnie Williams, being duly sworn, deposes <br />and says that the undersigned knows the Decedent and the surviving spouse of the <br />Decedent and that the following information is true and correct: <br />1. Name of Decedent: Isaac Ford <br />Date of Death: December 15, 1989 <br />Domicile at Date of Death: Hall County, Nebraska <br />Name of Surviving Spouse: Genevieve Louise Ford, also known as Genevieve <br />Ford, who died November 5, 2001 <br />Date of Marriage: October 5, 1945 <br />2. The Affiant is related to the Decedent as follows: sister -in -law and sister of <br />Genevieve Louise Ford a/k/a Genevieve Ford <br />3. There is no Federal Estate Tax, Nebraska Inheritance Tax or Nebraska Estate Tax. <br />4. Title to the following described real estate is held by the Decedent and the <br />surviving spouse of the Decedent, who is now deceased, in joint tenancy, to wit: <br />Lots Forty-seven and Forty-eight (47 & 48), in Belmont Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />5. As of date of death, the real estate has a fair market value of $40,000.00. <br />6. The Decedent and Genevieve Ford were married as of date of death. There is no <br />Nebraska Inheritance Tax lien by reason of Nebraska Revised Statutes Section <br />77 -2003.
