IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A
<br />NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION, hereby releases the mortgage made to it by FRED EICKHOFF
<br />and DOROTHY EICKHOFF, husband and wife, on the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />6th P.M., except a certain tract conveyed by warranty deed in Book 140, Page 620; and
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 12 North, Range 12, West of the 6th
<br />P.M.; and
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 10 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., except a
<br />tract conveyed by warranty deed as Document No. 79- 004510;
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which is recorded as Document Number 89- 101434 in the records of said HALL County.
