<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, under the Third -Party
<br />Lienholder's Agreement, executed by The Nebraska Economic Development, United States Small
<br />Business Administration and Colson Services Corp., which was recorded as Document #97- 110926 at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated December 30, 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Third -Party Lienholder's Agreement above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot 1, Grand Island Mall Eleventh Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Third -Party Lienholder's Agreement have
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Third -Party
<br />Lienholder's Agreement, the undersigned, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this I" day of May, 2002.

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, under the Third -Party
