200205032 <br />LOAN #: 50043986 <br />BALLOON RIDER <br />(Full Repayment Required at Maturity) <br />THIS BALLOON RIDER is made this 2ND day of MAY, 2002, <br />and is incorporated into and shall- be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of <br />Trust or Security Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the <br />undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure the Borrower's Note to u.s. BANK, N.A. , <br />N.D., A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION <br />(the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument <br />and located at: 511 WEST 14TH STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />The interest rate stated on the Note is called the "Note Rate". The date of the Note is called <br />the "Noted Date ". I understand the Lender may transfer the Note, Security Instrument and this <br />Rider. The Lender or anyone who takes the Note, the Security Instrument and this Rider by transfer <br />and who is entitled to receive payments under the Note is called the "Note Holder ". <br />The Note is a Balloon Note which means that the amount of my monthly payment is insufficient <br />to repay the Note in full by Maturity. Therefore, the final payment will be significantly larger than <br />the other payments under the Note. <br />I understand that the Lender is under no obligation to refinance the Note or to modify the Note <br />or reset the Note Rate or to extend the Note Maturity Date or the Maturity Date of this Security <br />Instrument, and that I will have to repay the Note from my own resources or find a lender willing <br />to lend me the money to repay the Note. <br />I further understand that should I not repay the Note on or before the Maturity Date, I will be <br />in default, and the Lender will have the right to exercise all of its rights against me because of my <br />default, including the right to foreclosure of the Security Instrument, or other remedies permitted <br />by law. <br />BY SIGNING BELOW, BORROWER accepts and agrees to the terms and covenants <br />contained in this Balloon Rider. <br />LORRA NE J JENSEN <br />Balloon Rider WLSH33 (8 -2 -95) JC- 22205 -11 L7312RDU 909 <br />
