<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 7, 2001, and executed by Roy C. Bye and Susan D. Bye,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on May 11, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200104366, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), in Jack Voss Second Subdivision, Being a Part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW14) of Section Two (2) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, -AND- Lot Two (2), in Block One (1), in Capital Heights Second
<br />Subdivision Being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of May, 2002.
