JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />Roy C Bye and Susan D Bye, husband and wife <br />consideration of One and no /100ths ( $ 1.00) <br />Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to <br />Mark A Wiegert and Stacie A Wlegert, husband and wife a <br />Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
