<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 107 day MAY, 2002, by and o
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />TIM C. PLATE, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK FOUR (4), VINE HILL SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARY
<br />DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 78- 000564
<br />which Deed of Trust /Mortgage was dated DECEMBER 6, 2001, and filed for record on DECEMBER
<br />12, 2001, as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200112734 in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS,
<br />HALL COUNTY, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of APRIL 1, 2007;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust /Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1, 2012.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust /Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
