<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 1 ST day MAY, 2002, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, Q
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />a
<br />TIM C. PLATE, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT THIRTY ONE (31), SADDLE CLUB SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MAY 8, 1996, and filed for record on MAY 10, 1996, as
<br />DOCUMENT # 96- 103648 and that was extended on DECEMBER 21 1998 and recorded
<br />DECEMBER 28, 1998 as DOCUMENT # 98- 112806 in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of MAY 1, 1997; that was
<br />extended to DECEMBER 1, 2008,
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1, 2012.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
