SCHIERLING, a single person, as <br />grantor. <br />In consideration of the payment of NINETY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($95,000) <br />and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, grantor grants, bargains, <br />sells, and conveys to MOISES JACOBO and TARA JACOBO, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and <br />not as tenants in common, with full right of survivorship, the whole estate to vest in the survivor in <br />the event of the death of either, the real property (as defined is Neb. Rev, Stat. 76 -201) located in <br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Poels Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the described property together with all tenements, hereditaments, and <br />appurtenances belonging to such property to grantees and to grantees' heirs and assigns forever. <br />And grantor covenants with grantees and with grantees' heirs and assigns that grantor is <br />lawfully seised of the described property; that it is free from encumbrance; that grantor has good <br />right and lawful authority to convey such property; and that grantor warrants and will defend the <br />title to such property against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed May 6, 2002. <br />n <br />r <br />Ronald L.
