<br />Office of HCII County dated August 23, 2001, and
<br />WI IEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate deg cribee ;n the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Thirty -five (35), Westwood Park Fourth Subdivision, Citv of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust.
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, th estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
