<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated October 24, 2 0 0 0 , and recorded on October 25,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2000 -09185 wherein Leslie J. Snodgrass
<br />and Tamara K. Snodgrass, husband and wife as joint tenants are
