Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State, Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as <br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, <br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle, <br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty, <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot sixty (60), Buenavista Subdivision, in the city of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated July 28, 2000, and recorded on August 2, <br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument Number 02000 -06251 wherein Jose Orlando <br />Saavedra Martinez and Maria Chun Perez are named Trustors; and <br />Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation is named <br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named <br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on <br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $56,470.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West <br />Financial, Inc., a California Corporation to Fleet Mortgage Corp. <br />by an Assignment dated July 28, 2000 and recorded on August 2, 2000 <br />as Instument Number 02000 -06252 in the Office of the Register of <br />STBFFI A.
