<br />a distance of 1845.53 feet to a point on the West line of said SE 1 /4; thence N 01
<br />degrees 37'37" W along said West line a distance of 555.44 feet to a point being the
<br />center of said Section 34; thence S 89 degrees 28'116" E along the North line of said
<br />SE 1/4 a distance of 1316.47 feet to a point being the Southwest corner of the E 1/2
