STREHLE and HELEN K. STREHLE, Husband and Wife, to Arend R. Baack, <br />Atwrney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 24, 1998, and <br />recorded June 25, 1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 98- 106169, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />A tract of land located in Lot Two (2), Grand Island Farmstead Project, Second <br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, all in Section Thirty -Four (34), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and more particularly described as: <br />Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter, (SE Corner <br />NE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), said point also being the point of beginning; <br />thence on assumed bearing of N 89'23'53" W along the South line of Said NE 1 /4 <br />a distance of 51.04 feet; thence N 02'57'10" W a distance of 84.31 feet; thence N <br />03 °36'52" E a distance of 110.16 feet; thence N 02 °49'11" W a distance of <br />140.24 feet; thence N 04 °08'03" E a distance of 30.06 feet; thence S 89 °26'03" E <br />a distance of 43.03 feet to a point on the East line of said NE 1/4; thence S <br />01'35'38" E along the East line of said NEl /4 a Distance of 364.44 feet to the <br />point of beginning. Said tract contains 0.40 acres more or less of which 0.33 <br />acres is dedicated County Road right of way. <br />Dated this day of <br />Arend R.
